Fuzhou Dartong M&E Co. Ltd is incorporated by Citychamp Dartong Company Limited (Shanghai stock exchange listed company, stock code:600067) and China Haidian Holdings Limited (Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed company, stock code:0256) in April, 2004. The company is located at Kuai’an Science and Technology Park of Fuzhou Economy and Technology Development Zone, covering an area of 120 mu with a total floor area of 32,275㎡. Annual production capacity is 50,000 tones of the enamelled copper wire. In 2006, the copper wire production was 7,019 tonnes, with sales revenue of $410 million.
The company mainly involves the research and development, manufacture and sales of the enamelled copper wire, the leading product – enamelled copper wire is widely used in home appliance industry, electrical products, television and engineering industry etc., the variety of the products provide facility service to the manufacturer of air-condition, vacuum and washing machine.

Manufacture skill
Since 1983, the company imported drawing machines, enamelled copper wire manufacture and testing facility from Germany, Austria and Italy, developed the first enamelled copper wire product line in China. Through the 20 years of development, make the product line of the company reach the developed level of the globe, the manufacture facility are stable and reliable. All using on-line drawing enamelled by die, process parameters, on-line testing and wire travelling by simulator etc. The production line is highly automatic, fulfill self-shutting down when wire broken, automatic paint provide, automatic line separate and automatic line change function etc. The method of the painting is 3 layers painting structure, is able to custom make the enamelled copper wire product according to the customers’ special requirement. Currently, the company has 50,000 tones production capacity, also, has over 10 types of enamelled copper wire for home appliance, car, electronic tool, generator, special motor, electrical industrial facility etc., among them, the product QA (Polyurethane Enamelled Copper Wire) and others, have been awarded China Nation golden metal and silver metal respectively, also, QZY-2/180/UL (Polyesterimide enamelled Round Copper Wire, Class 180), Q(ZY/XY)-2/200/UL (Polyester-imide overcoat Polyamide-imide Enamelled Round Copper Wire, Class 200) etc. eight types of enamelled copper wire got the UL certificate.
We are the first company among other competitors in the industry had the approval of the management authorities: ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001.
